Staying Present, Grounded and Centred
Wouldn’t it be great if nothing bumped us off track? Or we could remain calm and present so we could always listen with focus and clarity? The reality is there are many stresses in our day, and it’s easy to get caught up in other people’s energy. But even if we can’t always be ‘cool as a cucumber’ there are ways to keep our feet on the ground and stay centred no matter what life throws our way.
